I reached a point in my journey that I did not believe I would reach. I have lost half of the weight the program will allow me to set for the first year, 62 1/2 pounds. I am thrilled but incredibly cautious because I don't want to set myself up to fail.
I need to think about whether I should be resetting my goal target date with the new weight goal or just leaving my present goals in place and working on finishing that one. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
