    Way to go Ray. "Aggressive" is a good word for your workout plan. That's pretty serious. I tip my hat to you. It's clearly producing results! Do you forsee a time when you'll wind down into a more sustainable schedule as you get closer to maintenance mode? Just curious cause I did something similar. I went really hard (two-a-days) to lose my first 100 pounds and then found I needed to dial it back a bit. Getting a new job and taking on more responsibilities were also a factor.
