I've started on my journey again - 26 Nov 12. As of today, I 've gone from 224.2 to 212.4 - so I've lost about 12 lbs. This means that I have about 62.5 more lbs to go until I get to my goal weight. I've been exercising fairly regularly - right now I'm trying to ride my bike back and forth to work for at least 3-4 days a week (11.8 mile round trip). I'm low carbing because that's the only way I can seem to lose weight. GLTA!
