Didn't get a chance to exercise today. Took me a while to get up and going. By the time I got to the grocery store, did my shopping and checked out and did a few errands it was 12:00. I had to be somewhere at 1pm, so I unpacked groceries, did a little laundry, changed and left. I got home around 5pm.
I had a great breakfast and an mediocre lunch. I had a BLT on wheat with french fries, but I didn't eat them all. No booze, only soda water.
When I got home, I started dinner, which was great. However, this left no time for exercise.
I went over a little my calories today by 200 and I came in 150 minutes under my total minutes for the week.
Hoping to make it to yoga tomorrow morning and then maybe a walk when I get home.
