A Letter to Myself

Dear Me of the Future,
You may remember me. I'm the you of your past. I'm younger than you, I'm also alittle larger than you, I've only really embraced this healthy living for a few months now. I'm on my way, but I've got a lot to learn. I hope by now you've figured out how to be at a healthy weight and how to stay there. i want to remind you about a few things we've gone through. We've learned that tracking our food is really important. We've also learned that we need to find exercise that we really like in order to make it a habit. This may mean going outside of our comfort zone. It also means not getting stuck in a rut. We like to try new things, and if we don't like them, that's okay, at least we tried.
The main thing I want to remind you to do, is, wherever you're at in your journey, love yourself. Be kind to yourself. you're the only you that you've got. Life has its ups and downs, friends c come and go, but your body has been there for you for a long time. Give it some credit and appreciate it. It has done a lot for us. I can't wait to meet you, i hope you are still healthy and getting stronger and fitter and happier by the day.
