I'm back to trying to eat healthier and track my food intake. My boyfriend is not quite on board with this. He will eat what I make if it's healthy, but the going out to eat challenge is always there. Tonight after my gym visit we stopped to get food. I am very proud of my choice. My boyfriend got Cheeburger Cheeburger which smelled good, but I went to the grocery store instead and made a healthy breakfast for dinner (reduced fat crescent rolls, egg beaters, reduced fat cheese, and turkey bacon) and then a yummy chobani yogurt :) His dinner might have smelled and looked good, but I know how much better I feel eating mine.
