three leftover steamed dumplings with steamed broccoli and chicken
mocha almond kashi bar
almost half an odwalla superfood smoothie
last of steamed broccoli and chicken
100 cal vitamuffin brownie

actually went for a run but it was very short-felt like death finished run by walking-strength trained with weights focusing mainly on arms and squats-did 1 min plank
