I just finished 4 miles on the treadmill.
This a.m. before work I walked 3 miles
This is the last day of the exercise week.
I walked a total of 30 miles which passed my personal best record
of 26.25 lbs/week. I also can cross off 3 or my 4 goals I had for this month which is on my sparkpage under My Program on the right side.
I made it to the swimming pool twice for just over an hour each time.
My total exercise hours came to 12 hours for the week.
I weight in tomorrow.
I've done my very best.
