Phew....

Saturday, January 19, 2013

I walked over 10,000 steps today. Yikes, I've been struggling to get in 2500 most days so right now I am pretty sore. We went Downtown for a play today and walked several blocks before catching a cab. We didn't walk quite as far on the way back before grabbing a cab but pretty close. It was a good day but I would have no luck trying to log what I ate. We made a pretty good lunch choice and split a vegan wrap but we also split a Cinnabon today emoticon Unfortunately/fortunately we both said it wasn't that good. I was surprised by that. We also headed to our local Mediterranean chain cafe for dinner and splurged on pitas so not so great there but at least we split a platter and didn't completely stuff ourselves emoticon

Wonder how sore I will be in the morning. Eh, not going to worry about it, it was worth it.

Way to go~you got your 10,000 steps in! Splitting meals is not only less calories, but less money, too! Sounds like you had a fun day.
