I have been working very hard the past 19 days eating healthy(mostly subway), going to the gym, getting up more often when watching TV, playing kinect with my son and tracking my food why then does this scale betray my hard efforts. I use to eat McDonald's at least once a day and turning my back on those hot delicious fries has been difficult but I believe a habit is formed in 2 wks so again why does the scale betray me this week its holding steady like a bad joke. I must find victory someplace else then......my ability to keep trying never giving up because this is my life and I deserve it!!!
