Nothing new to report really....

I went to zumba since my step class was cancelled. I was surprised that I liked it as much as I did in the morning. I actually upped my usually calorie burn of 600 to 762 today...woo hoo! I'm not sure if it was simply because it was the morning and I had a little more energy or if it was because I never met Saturday's zumba go-ers and I wanted to prove I could zumba....By the way, I did show them all up. I knew all the moves and got doing them pretty good. My abs and shoulder's hurt from a body combat song we did Thursday and Friday in class. But it is a good hurt. I know I have ab muscles at least (somewhere under the layers of fat I've accumulated).

I went to walmart today to look for running supplies. I bought a bright florescent pink and that funky yellow green color shirt. At least I'll feel a little safer if I'm running on the side of the road. Ok, I know I run in the bright day light, but it still scares me.

Like I said, nothing really to new to report. Waitressing tomorrow, so I'll probably walk a whole mile in 6 hours...woo hoo (yea, that was a sarcastic woo hoo)

Girl, you need a better waitressing job! My son put a pedometer on once when he did a double shift and he walked 17 miles! :)
