Biggest loser Contest at work.

Saturday, January 19, 2013

At my work they are having a biggest loser contest From Jan 18, 2013 to April 3, 2013. They are doing it for 12 weeks. Our first weigh in was Friday jan 18. This is my start weight and they weighed me in at 157.8 (of course i had more clothes on than ever since it was cold out and as you all know the first weigh should be more.) We weigh in every fri mornings. At work they started a Zumba Class on Tuesday from 5pm to 6 pm. That started last tues and i signed up for it. The first class was good. ( even though that was my first time ever taking a zumba class and i loved it. So i am going to go back next tues . They also is starting at fit 45 program during lunch our from 12pm to 12:45pm they said its going to be dancing. They are going to do that 3 times a week. I might sign up for that too. With the zumba and the fit 45 i am still going to go to the gym at night after i put my kids to bed. So i will be logging in here and trying to blog more about the contest at work and what i have been doing. Its going to be worth the 12 weeks!

My first weigh in was at 157.8 Jan 18, 2013

Thanks so much for commenting on my blog and page. I'm also joining a Biggest Loser program at my school but there aren't any prizes. It's awesome that they are offering you programs to do while at work. I hope when I finally get a real job that they offer me health programs too!
