Day 18 - Tai Chi for Arthritis

Sister called about a week ago to see if I really wanted to step it up and take on an "exercise" class this winter. Feeling game I agreed. Today was an open house session for our upcoming "Tai Chi for Arthritis" class. This is not the class to break a sweat in but, should be great for balance, relaxation and stress reduction. I'm on board.
