I'm back

There is nothing like having it "click" in your mind that you have to lose weight and the only way to do it is exercise and watching what you eat. In the last 2 weeks I have lost 11 lbs. Recently, I gained 3 pounds back but will not keep that on for long.
In planning my exercise regiment I have decided that getting up early in the morning is my best option. I will set my alarm clock far away from the bed so I HAVE to get up and cut it off. Will see how this works. I will also be walking during my lunch break at work.
