If some of your resolutions for the New Year are already going down the drain, NOW is the time to stiffen your spine!
If it seems you have lost your motivation and you realize you haven't exercised for several days, NOW is the time to stiffen your spine!
It's pretty hard to kick your "own" butt, but kick something and pretend it's YOUR butt -- it will do you a lot more good than giving yourself a lecture on what you SHOULD be doing! Right -- in one ear and out the other.
The holidays are over and done with. The extra weight you gained is still hanging there on your stomach, your butt -- I know you have to wiggle to get in those jeans. NOW is the time to stiffen your spine!
I don't want to hear anymore of your feeble excuses!! You know you can do it! So don't tell me why you can't -- Just Do It! Stiffen that spine!
Have you put in at least 30 minutes exercising today? No? Then DO IT NOW! No TV and no sneaking off to bed until that is done!! Don't cry or I'll give you something to really cry about.
Does that one bring back any fond memories? Come on, don't make me beg! And don't make me hurt you!
