I know I just wrote a blog, but I need to get this off my chest...

One of my very best friends, who I totally love, he's awesome...he lost a crapton of weight, which was really good. Everyone applauded his weight loss. He met his goal. He was happy.

Then his life got stressful...and he dropped another 20 pounds. Everyone told him how GREAT he looked. I asked him if everything was okay. He said yes...just a lot going on in his life...that's all...don't worry. So I didn't worry, much.

BUT he's just come back from a whirlwind tour filled with conferences and seminars. He's been presenting to big shots all over the place. He posted a pic from a motel bathroom, of his self...which is easily another 20 pounds smaller than the LAST time I saw him!

He looks sick...

...And everyone on Facebook is telling him how great he looks!

I'm officially worried, and I know if I talk to him about this, he won't hear me. All he'll hear is the "you look great" from the crowds on facebook!

    Thanks SandraJoan! That's the truth!

Neither he nor I are "young" any more either. You'd think we'd be more...responsible? mature?

He's acting like a high school kid. It's completely nuts!

I also have a friend who doesn't know when to stop losing weight. It can be scary to watch, and you are so right when you say he won't hear your voice over the crowds. He doesn't realize that it's still obsession with food...
