Today I completed Coach Nicole's Kickboxing Workout, Marching around the house during TV breaks like I was doing a Leslie Samson workout, Qigong from Spark's workout, and Allire Back Fitness Workout !!!
Working out is soooo much more enjoyable that the heavy lead-like feeling has left my legs. The MS symptoms are almost gone and when they are present they aren't very bad at all. The severe nerve pain and muscle spasms are almost gone and all without medications !!!
I can't believe all the progress I have made over the last two months since the Dr. put me on her supplement protocol.
