An idea for me to put into practice

When I went to WW today I lost 1.8 pounds! Woohoo! I celebrated by taking my dog for a walk with my best friend and her dog. An hour goes by fast when you have someone to walk with on a cold wintry day! Brrr...still only in the 30's....with an inversion layer of fog. However, the longer we walked, the warmer I got...imagine that!
So....walking with a friend is a good thing!
That is not the idea I want to put into practice, though I do want to put that one into practice! My idea is a simple one. When I got home, I realized that I had not had lunch...and it was about 3 o'clock. So I made myself a smoothie and a breakfast flatbread sandwich. When I finished it, I still felt hungry. SOOO I made myself a bottle of sugarfree flavored water, and told myself, if you still want something after you drink this water, then we will talk! After I drank the whole 16.9 oz bottle of water, I realized I wanted another bottle of water! Wahoo for realizing I was thirsty and not hungry!!!
