That's right, I have goals!!! And they are no longer scale-based. What a difference it makes to step OFF the scale to measure progress. I have been eating more veggies/fruit and that was a goal of mine that I've achieved. I wanted to exercise just about every day out of the week... and I am. It's not about perfection. I have to keep telling myself that or I will just fall to pieces when I don't meet my high expectations... PROGRESS! It works for me!
