The Frozen Tundra

This week will be too cold to walk outdoors. Wind chills have been bitterly cold lately. This week will be the worst. Good thing I have Coach Nicoles 28 day bootcamp dvd. I did the tone and burn segment yesterday and am very sore today so it must be working. Tomorrow I plan to workout for an hour since I can't get outside to walk.
I want to reach my goal weight so I am healthy. My blood pressure is normal and sometimes optimal without medication. That's a big one for me. I love buying cute clothes that look good on me. I love the confidence I have with my slimmer body. I hope to increase my fitness level by building some muscle and toning my body. Since I'm getting older I think that's really important.
Tonight I'd like to sit down and stuff my face with a big bag of Doritos....but I won't. It's 6:37 and I don't eat after 6. Maybe I'll chomp on some gum instead.
Oh and guess what. Since I've been doing my excercise videos my posture has improved. Someone noticed and commented on it yesterday. In the past two days, two people have noticed that I've lost a significant amout of weight. Gotta love the non-scale measures of progress. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
