Today was a pretty good day overall. I took my lunch and snack to work with me. It's really not a hard diet to follow if you make enough food to freeze some and heat up as you are ready for it. I was having a hard time finding no salt potato chips so I went to Trader Joes down in Naples and bought theirs since Lyn-Genet stated she likes theirs the best out of all of them. Their chips are great for no salt. Very flavorful. I definitely will be keeping those at home rather than all the others loaded with sodium when we get them eaten up and out of the house. I hope to rotate a lot of these new things into our diets if I can when my 20 days are up. I know I will keep eating them. I just have to get my family to be enjoying them! I don't know what supplements anyone out there on the plan is using but I've been taking some of the suggested supplements daily since I started this. I am taking SAM-E, Kelp and a Probiotic. All of my other supplements and vitamins I have forgone since I've started this as Lyn-Genet states you shouldn't really need anything else as you should be getting plenty of your daily vitamins on The Plan. Which I agree, I think I've been getting a lot of vitamins from all the fruits and vegetables I've been taking in the last few weeks! Just a little note I wanted to put in because I am curious as to what others of you are doing out there if you are on The Plan! Hope you all have a great evening!
