Day 11: Cardio recovery, in some ways, is the toughest day for me to keep up with. I constantly find myself breaking from the squat or lunge positions before the people on the video. I do the best that I can, but I can't seem to drive myself to hold the position until I fall over. I always break and stand up straight.
Day 12: Cardio Power and Resistance. This went pretty well; I was able to keep up with the videos pretty strongly except for the pushup exercises. I'm thinking if I had done a little muscle-building before Insanity, this would be a bit easier. Hopefully as the weight comes off, I'll be able to do a better job keeping up.
As for the "uh-oh," I felt a sharp pain in the tendon/ligament/whatever it is running from the inside of the ball of my left foot down to the heel. It went away as I got into the exercises, but this was the first time my feet had something other than a dull ache. I'll keep an eye on it, and hopefully I won't have to postpone Insanity.
