Yep, I had a bit of a relapse this past week. I tried to go cold turkey off of yeast. That was a HORRIBLE idea. when I did this, I relapsed and began eating whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted again...including sugar. I was doing so great with my sugar intake. Man, I could fee the difference this week too. Today I am exhausted to the point where I felt like I was getting sick. I am not. Just too much crap in my body this week. So I am taking two steps back and repeating week 2 of taming your sweet tooth and adding wheat/yeast in with it. I plan on using the same steps and focusing on becoming a clean eater.
This week I am also adding working out to the mix. 10 minutes a day every day. The plan is to run/walk 4x a week and yoga 3x a week starting tomorrow morning. I can do this! I also got an invite to my 10 year high school reunion and if I choose to go (which realistically I won't) I want to look good!
