So I read that if your knees hurt while exercising, that means you prob have to work on strengthing your hips. So now I need to find some exercises to stregthen my hips. I wish I knew where to start emoticon

    I don't know any exercises but my knees have been hurting too, so thanks for the information. I would never have thought that strengthening my hips would be the answer. emoticon
