My Week.

I had a great week! Every morning I set goals to accomplish that day, and except for one goal, one day I reached my daily goals. This set me up with a success momentum that I really like.

The S.M.A.R.T. goals I set up for the year are progressing nicely, I followed the run your butt off program week 2 and saw progress every time I got on the treadmill. I prefer to be outside but there is nothing like a treadmill to chart progress, and it's damn cold and slippery right now.

I ate well within my food plan I wasn't perfect, I seldom am, but I followed the Simple diet plan and was rewarded with a 2.8 pound weight loss.
This year I have chosen to use a three pronged approach to weight loss and in addition to diet and exercise I'm following the 6 week plan outlined in Renee Stephens book Full-Filled to explore my relationship with food. The first week was insightful to say the least and has me dreaming big.

And the icing on the little cake that is my life my lovely husband brought me flowers for no reason except he loves me AND hockey is back!!!
