I know the scale isn't everything... my clothes are looser and I can see I'm losing fat (4 inches overall since I started with my trainer this fall), so I'm obviously gaining muscle, but I sure wish I could drop some weight, too.
I'm adding some treadmill work and some stair climbs now to try to shake things up.
I'm not hungry, so I'm pretty sure I'm eating enough, and I'm paying attention to what I eat, so I don't think I'm eating too much, either.
I've been eating vegan since January 1st and my morning fasting blood sugars are now below 110 consistently, and often lower into the 90's. (It took about two weeks to get there.)
Slow and steady wins the race, right?
