Well I got off track a litte bit so I need to focus and stay on track!
It's hard not to let your life get you sidetracked but no matter how far you get off track it's never to late to jump back in.
1.) check in with Sunny Gals everyday
2.) Do some form of workout everyday
3.) Blog as often as possible
4.) don't let life get you to sidetracked
5.) Jump right back in
6.) Log food either on here or in journal
7.) Be mindful of what goes in my mouth
8.) Take it one day at a time!
