I had a 2 hour skate practice early this morning. It went pretty well. I wish I could get rid of the chest congestion because it makes it really hard to breathe when I skate. I don't know how many calories I burned this morning because there was at least a 30 min time frame that my heart rate monitor wasn't reading. I estimate it at 660, though I think it could be more.
I also did a 30 min Nike Training Center app workout. It was called sweat and tone. I did not wear my heart rate monitor because I was still mad at it for earlier (love hate relationship). But I estimated it at about 220.
I had some major nutrition hiccups yesterday. Not sure what it was, but I was literally hungry all day. I made sure it wasn't boredom or thirst..it was hunger. I figured maybe it was because I was sick before and my appetite was low, but now that I have my appetite back...idk, but yesterday was bad!
I've gotten it under control today though. I am getting ready to head out to goodwill. Love thrift shopping!
