Well when I last posted my blog, I was unsure what to do next. Since everything seemed to never work while tiring myself out while at it.
In between now and then I had figured out that I did get a nice head cold from New Year's (Saw Le Mis, where everyone in the theater seemed to have some sort of cold). While also figuring out that small things still make differences.
Since my last blog post I didn't get my two glows exactly, barley have read the Sugar Addiction book, and have tried logging in everyday- sometimes I would just forget to spin the wheel while others school had kept me so busy I didn't dare go on anything that wasn't part of homework.
But I did end up finding a challenge in one of the many teams I have joined (I have joined way too many teams that I can deal with), but this challenge had stood out partially because it was Valentine's day themed (which I was happy to see since I have been loving anything Valentines themed this past week). And just had three simple goals: 5 fruits/veggies, 20 mins of Cardio, and 15 mins of Strength training. While I myself added a pedometer to my hip to see how much I move since I knew I was going to be really busy with the Spring semester starting.
I myself have been feeling like I can barley keep up with the challenge since almost everyday I have ended up with a headache that put a large amount of pressure around my eyes (better then a bad cough and runny nose though), but I really thought the small changes that I tried to do with the above wouldn't do much.
So in the end I did avoid the scale till I made myself go on this morning, which I was just hoping no gain. That was the last thing I needed for my weight goals since I was less then a pound away from being the same weight I was back in October. But instead I was greeted with the numbers 246.7! A total of four pounds lost in nine days!
So now I am officially the lowest weight I have been since I entered my first weight in October. Which is very nice to see and has seemed to make the world brighter while I still feel sudden fatigue after two hours of moving around.
So now my goals are simple and easy: try to eat 5 fruit and veggies, while trying to move around- in the end equal 20 mins, be on the computer for about 2 hours, while trying to track my steps and try to at least hit 5,000 till I start feeling better. While also I'm only working on strength training 2-3 days a week, doing Pilates. Unless I get bored and go ahead and add another workout here and there since I have realized that my school's gym is open during sometimes where I'm free.
