So, it is day 19 of my dieting, and I'm down almost 12 lbs!
This is the extra motivation I need. It inspires me to push harder to see if I can push my limits to lose more.
I also tried Zumba class this week. IT IS AWESOME!
I highly recommend these types of classes to anyone who likes to shake their rump! Dancing is a great way to excercise! AND you don't even know you're losing weight until you realize you are sweating your butt off. BUT it's totally worth it!
