Made Progress This Week

In spite of being terribly ill the last two days I have still made progress in my first week of my fitness plan. I ate only what was suggested on the menu and liked most of it, and I did six workouts; three lifting and three aerobic. Some days it got late and I really, really didn't want to workout, but I never doubted that I'd do it.

In the beginning I had completely made up my mind just to follow my plan and that there were no other options, so that is it. It feels so empowering to just know that I'm not going to give in, because I can always wait until the end of my twelve weeks to have whatever I want. My guess, however, is that by the end of the twelve weeks I will no longer crave the crap.
