Well its my first entry here and I have been a member of sparkpeople for over a week .. a week ago Wednesday I joined a gym with my daughter and I am ACTUALLY going regularly .. I have challenged myself to exercise 180 minutes a week and so far have surpassed it .. which I am proud of ... I have also lost about 9 lbs since I last weighed in (I am sure most of it was water weight) but I am not expecting that much miraculous results in weeks coming ahead
I am doing well and really enjoy the nutrition tracker .. even if it means tracking the foods I shouldn't have eaten ... but I have done pretty well with my calorie count ... and usually plan my meals ahead of time .. the thing I like about it most is that I can use food around the house instead of going out to buy dishes that are just meant for me
I have been researching the wheatbelly diet and really like the diet .. I don't eat much breads anyway .. its the fats I have the most problem with but luckily this encourages high fat users .. anyway there is a group on here dedicated to it that I joined .. I love this site and I am grateful that it is here .. it challenges me and keeps me engaged..
