Holding Steady isn't good enough! (Thanks, Fitbit!)

I weighed in at the same weight today as a week ago.
But, I also didn't work as hard this week as I did the first 2 weeks in January. AND, I didn't gain any weight, so that's a plus.
In the past, I have had similar experiences, and I always chalked it up to losing the weight was beginner's luck, and I inherited my mother's slow metabolism (her claim, not mine.) With the Fitbit, though, I can see exactly what I'm not doing right. Clearly graphed out on my dashboard page is a bar graph showing me how many steps I have taken every day since I started my Fitbit journey. This week, all the bars are shorter than they were previous weeks. There I can also see a clear graph of my calorie intake, and those bars are right on par with the others.
The only thing left to say, really, is "Duh."
So, I went to he gym this morning, and I'm about to take my dog on a walk around the neighborhood, and when it gets too cold this evening to be out walking, I'll take on the calorie-burning task of paining walls in the basement.
I mean, what other response is there? Just... Duh.
