I know it's best to lose weight slow, but in the beginning a lot of people lose a lot of weight the first week or so. Can't we just say awesome job! Not comment after comment of "well that's to fast" and "it's not going to happen again". This is such a long journey. A little pat on the back is ok.
I've gotten back on track this week, gone to the gym, done my 30 day shred, went to yoga class, and I'm down 3 lbs. I KNOW it's not always going to be 3 lbs in a week. I don't need it rubbed in my face, I just want someone to be happy. Or if they're not happy, remain silent.
