Well....I ALMOST gave up yesterday. I just got so frustrated with having to log in everything. But then I realized that when I do, it keeps me in check (and my snacking down). After I decided to push through and stick with the program, I actually did a 1.6 mile walk home from the bus (normally, the bus stop from my house is about 300 feet from my house and I took a different route so I could make sure I did get my fitness in yesterday). Weigh in is tomorrow. I know that it may not be a HUGE difference, but we'll see! Progress, not perfection, right?
