I started off so well and now have stopped dropping any weight in almost two weeks. Every time I workout I gain a pound the next day and it takes about two days before it drops back down. I am so tired of being to told that this is normal because I am female or that it is most likely muscle. How can you add a pound of muscle one day and lose it two days later? I'm not giving up, but I want to see some positive results to know I am moving in the right direction.
