Day 13 of my Thyroid Diet

It has been almost 2 weeks on this Thyroid Diet, and for the first time in several years I have hope that even I can lose weight, and that I have finally found a food program that works for me. I am really thankful...I had been praying that I could find SOMETHING that would work for me. A Sparkpeople coach pointed me in the right direction, when I wrote asking for help because I was trying so hard, and NOTHING was budging the scale. They told me that it is really, really complicated and tricky for hypothyroid folks to lose weight, but that it can be done. Then I found the Thyroid Diet Revolution. And I am about 4 pounds lighter in 2 weeks...I never quite trust the scale because of weight bounces - one way or the other - but at minimum I am a couple or 3 pounds lighter.
I am hitting the gym today! I haven't had time in a couple of weeks - have been exercising at home - so am looking forward to it.
