YAY....Even after going out to dinner last night, drinking 2 glasses of vino and having a couple small special"biscuits" (bread)... The scale was the SAME! I ordered grilled grouper and veggies and ate lean through the day.. also walked brisk for about an hour! YAY! So glad scale didn't move up! Now.. to get through eating at a Mexican Restaurant with friends tonight...ugh! This will be MORE challenging. Am trying to think ahead on what I can eat at a mexican restaurant. Taco salad maybe... shredded chicken. They probably have grilled chicken over salad or something too. I love mexican food... tortillas, beans, rice, cheese, sour cream... all the stuff that makes me fat. Yep, that is my struggle. I WILL Be STRONG and say NO to the chips, cheese dip, I can do this!!!
