Time for some planning

I have slowed to a crawl weight loss wise so I'm going to take some time and do some menu planning today. I also need to get working out but something is holding me back. I know its going to be uncomfortable or I have it in my head that if I don't workout for an hour or even half an hour there is no point. I know, just excuses. But it really is a block for me right now and I can't seem to get moving

  It could be a number of things: Post holiday, the weather, simply being tired. if nothing else, write the goals down, do the visualization of where you want to be. Take a nap, get refreshed, then give it a shot if only for 5-10 minutes. I hit the same blocks and they are more frequent than they used to be, but once the endorphins get flowing, 5-10 minutes seems to just fly right by.
