A day to do what I want

I've given myself this day to do what I want. So far I've had coffee, breakfast, read, and am about to walk my dog. Then I'm off to Starbucks for a day of writing. I am leaving my house because four of my grandchildren are here. I love them, but they are loud. Even though my husband created an office for me, I can still hear them with the door closed. Like I said, they are loud. My daughter lives down the street so they are here a lot. Most of the time, I'm glad about that ...and when I'm not, there is Starbucks.

Today is the 21st day I have been tracking calories & exercise. I have lost 5 pounds, but even more important, have confidence that I can do this.
