Yesterday was semi-successful, once again. I went over on calories by about 200. But Id rank a ton of water and tried to choose healthier options. In the past, I could've easily consumed 3000 calories in a day if I felt like it. I didn't exercise, but woke up this morning and did right away. I'm going to squeeze in an extra workout today to exceed my calories burned goal for the week. I'm already drinking water and had a small breakfast which is a victory because I didn't eat breakfast all week. Yikes! I know....
