So, im back at it! I'm going back to what I know works. I've started to walk 5+ miles a day. This week I've only went to the gym for cardio but next week I will get back into weights. This week I only focused on mileage and eating right. Also, I decided to stop weighing myself weekly, lately its hurting me more then helping. When I dont see a change I get upset and then eat. Im just going to focus on how I feel and I think that's what is more important, right? So, i'm going to weigh at the end of the month. I stole this idea from a spark friend, I don't think she will mind.
