to lose weight!

The February Reader's Digest notes that airline seats are designed based on testing standards that are nearly 50 years old, and are meant to restrain a 170-pound passenger; but today the average American man weighs 195 pounds and the average woman 165, and "these seats may not be as safe for heavy passengers during a crash." Uh-oh...
