Started Week to of 5K Your Way

When I got up to go out and get the exercise done this morning my 6 year old was like "I wanna come"
Morning workout is MY time so I convinced him to go back to bed. But, tomorrow is a cross train day and I am going to wake him up and see if he wants to do an early morning walk with me.
I have been way more active this week. We even played soccer yesterday!
Well I'll post what happens with my son if he does or does not go on the walk with me.
(PS I lost 3.8 pounds this week!!!)
