Started Week to of 5K Your Way

When I got up to go out and get the exercise done this morning my 6 year old was like "I wanna come"

Morning workout is MY time so I convinced him to go back to bed. But, tomorrow is a cross train day and I am going to wake him up and see if he wants to do an early morning walk with me.

I have been way more active this week. We even played soccer yesterday!

Well I'll post what happens with my son if he does or does not go on the walk with me.

(PS I lost 3.8 pounds this week!!!)

    Soccer is a great way to get in some exercise and having your son play with you!!
I usually walk in the summer time to get in my exercise for the day, but right now it's too cold. The wind in my face is too cold for me. So now, I am in the house with my Wii and Just Dance.
