My goal is to list at least three blessings every day.
Here are today's blessings:
1. I am going grocery shopping for healthy foods today.
2. I feel ready to take a slightly longer walk today. I usually walk two miles a day and I am going to try to start walking three miles on Saturdays.
3. I have supportive friends who encourage me to make healthy choices. (Although, I don't think I made very healthy choices last week. Today is a new day and a new week--no looking back.)
4. I feel loved and I know that I am blessed with more than I can count.
5. Family, friends, and faith.
