I am still tracking my water everyday. I do very well with drinking my water.
I am walking 6 out of 7 days. I am going to add another 10-15 minutes to my walking this week.
I am lifting weights 2 times a week and it is helping me get stronger.
I am tracking my food each day however this week I have gone a little over my calories twice this week. I am aware of it and I will work harder to meet my calorie range this week.
