I've been eating Paleo since April 28, 2012.
Well. Almost. For the first month, I was so on track is was awesome.
I lost weight, I felt great.
Then I kind fell off that train. wagon. whatever.
Then I was back on. I tried to be "mostly Paleo."
It wasn't working for me.
I was still working out. I hadn't missed a workout since moving to a new gym in September. Until Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, both Mondays, my usual workout days.
And since the first, I've been on track, 4 days a week at the gym, 1 day a week outside taking a quick walk.
And full 100% Paleo.
I love it.
I miss coffee the most, but I know when I get back to it I'll love it even more.
I got an espresso machine in November. And a coffee grinder for Christmas from my boyfriend.
I used the grinder once, and it was delightful.
Imagine a person who loves coffee like I do not having fresh ground coffee beans. I can't wait to crank that up every morning.
