month 3 of chalene extreme has begun

Man this month is going to be killer. I have done 2 days of the lean phase and I can tell you she really does kick it into high gear this month. I am glad in a way because this month seems to focus more on core and God knows that is where I need it most after two babies. My legs are really showing muscle now and I feel so much stronger. My middle is still soft so I hope this month changes some of that. After this month I will be doing the hybrid CX and Turbofire...looking forward to it.
