I just finished week three of the Official January Jumpstart Fitness Challenge at

This week's goals were:
1. 8 waters!
2. Do the daily toning video.
3. Do cardio five days increasing the length or intensity.

I did 30 minutes of cardio in 3 ten minute sessions daily for 5 days.
4. Get in 5 or more fruits and veggies daily.

I added a lot of grapefruit and celery.
5. Plan next month's personal challenge.

I am well on my way to creating a more orderly menu plan with increased veggies. Next month I will join the Spark menu challenge.
Week 4 Action Plan goals are:
1. Those 8 waters.
2. Do the daily toning video.
3. Choose three of the videos to repeat once or twice the same day.
4. Do 30 minutes of cardio on 5 days.

Here is where it is getting rough. My self wants to say I did great and deserve a break.
5. Set long-term exercise goals.

If I make it through this week, I can do it again. All things are possible with God.
