I got some very nice compliments yesterday! Walking down the hall at work, a coworker behind me said, Caren you're looking great! I didn't recognize you from behind. And then at the gym, I saw a student I hadn't seen for quite some time, and he told me looking good and gave me a high five. I was talking to one of the staff at the rec center, Brittany, she taught the Wed spin class. She is taking a course to be a personal trainer. As part of the class they're assigned clients. It's 20 sessions for $50. I would really like to get her for a trainer. I did really great with a personal trainer last semester, & lost 10 pounds.
I really want to lose another 10. I'll be out of the obese category. I want that so much!
I went to the gym yesterday, and was going to lift, but the weight room was packed, so I just did 30 min on the bike.
The classes I plan to go to today are Weekend Workout at 12-1, followed by 30 Min Abs.

This week's mental exercise is to refrain from either agreeing or disagreeing with other people's opinions. That's really tough! I have trained myself to bond with others by agreeing. And I'm opinionated myself, I just can't wait to share my opinion with others. The idea behind this exercise is to practice neutrality, so that when the self judgement starts in my head, I don't agree with it. It takes a lot of active self awareness to notice the agreements.
